Meet Alicia
Alicia CamarenOccupational Therapist |
Alicia received her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in 2018 and is board certified. She has worked in a variety of academic and healthcare settings, including schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, and community outreach centers. In addition, Alicia has led and aided multiple research studies geared toward advocating for the rights of individuals with developmental delays and disabilities to receive access to community resources.
Areas of Expertise: As an Occupational Therapist, Alicia specializes in working with individuals to develop skills required for everyday tasks, including self-care tasks, play, and skills necessitating enhanced academic performance. Alicia is also trained in developing and implementing individualized programs using evidence-based approaches with a focus in sensory regulation and task modification. |
