Meet Beth
Beth Glass, Ph.D.Principal |
Beth has been teaching and advocating for students since she became a special education teacher in 2001. Prior to receiving her doctoral degree in special education from the University of Wisconsin in 2011, Beth held the positions of paraprofessional, lead habilitator, respite care provider, and special education teacher. Beth’s experience as an educational consultant for the Illinois State Board of Education and former principal of one of the Midwest’s first Verbal Behavior schools make her a valuable member of educational and leadership teams. She is passionate about effective education for exceptional students and strengthening the home, school, and community connection.
Areas of Expertise: Beth specializes in curricular and instructional modification, supporting and advocating for least restrictive environment and inclusive practices, the development and implementation oversight of individualized education plans, and advocating for student and parent rights. |
