Meet Brian

Brian graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in December 2015 with a master’s in science with an emphasis in behavior analysis. His master’s thesis involved assessing impulsivity with persons with traumatic brain injuries. He has worked with clients with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Angelman Syndrome, and other developmental disabilities in home, school, hospital, prison, and structural day program settings.
Areas of focus: Brian specializes in working with children and adults that are dually diagnosed that may exhibit challenging behaviors. Brian’s focus includes conducting and interpreting functional analyses, data collection methods, inspection and interpretation of data, developing and implementing individual behavior therapies, as well as staff and parent training. In addition, Brian utilizes acceptance commitment therapy to help the people we serve live fuller richer lives. |
